In 1963, beneath the shade of olive trees, a humble food stall opened by the grandfather of Chef Kadir and Manager Mustafa introduced locals to recipes that had been whispered between generations. What started as a small family endeavor has evolved across decades and continents into Grand Pera Mediterranean Kitchen & Lounge—where those same whispered recipes now create symphonies of flavor in our breathtaking seafront location in Hastings.
